One claim for the whole home, checked line by line
Each month HealthOS prepares one ACWS claim for the facility from the residents' days and classes. Every line is checked before it goes, and the payment statement is reconciled resident by resident.

Prepares the month, reviews what is held back and why, and submits the batch to ACWS.
Fixes what holds a resident back, such as a resident not yet linked to their ACWS care recipient record.
Receives the resident's statement and pays it from HealthOS Connections.

- Prepare the month
Every resident's line is built from their days and AN-ACC class, with supplements, before anything is sent.
- Checked before it goes
A resident who is not linked to ACWS is held back with the reason, and one awaiting a class is claimed for their days.
- Submitted to ACWS
One claim goes for the whole facility.
- Paid and reconciled
The payment statement is reconciled resident by resident against the claim.
- Statements for families
Daily fees and the services delivered are charged monthly in advance, and paid by the resident or their representative in Connections.
What the next step gets
The family sees what was charged and paid in the same place they see their person's week.
