AI that never sees a patient's name.

Handover summaries draft themselves from the whole record, ready for the clinician to review and sign. Clinical handover summaries, discharge letters and shift reports, generated by AI from de-identified records running in your own cloud. Because the AI reads one connected, longitudinal record (not eight disconnected silos), its output is grounded in real data, not fragments.

AI that works the way clinical governance demands.

De-identified first
Names, Medicare numbers, dates of birth and addresses are removed before any record leaves HealthOS, direct identifiers stripped from structured fields by rule, and known patient identifiers scrubbed from free-text notes. Enforced in code, not policy.
Your cloud, your model
The model runs in your own tenancy, not a shared API, and you choose which one, Claude, OpenAI's GPT models, or low-cost open models like Llama, Mistral and Qwen, whatever your cloud's model catalog serves. Patient data never leaves your sovereign boundary, and you can change models without changing HealthOS.
Clinical handover
Shift handover summaries, discharge letters and transfer notes, generated from structured clinical records in seconds.
Full audit trail
Every AI interaction is logged, what was sent, what was returned, who requested it and when. Auditable and immutable.

Clinical summaries generated from de-identified records, in your cloud.

PII is stripped before anything reaches the AI. The LLM runs in your own tenancy. Clinicians review and approve before release.

How it works

A clinician requests a handover summary. HealthOS pulls the relevant clinical records (progress notes, assessments, medication charts) and strips all personally identifiable information (structured identifiers by rule, free-text by scan). Each request carries a private token so the returned summary re-links to the right patient without the model ever seeing who they are. The de-identified record is sent to a large language model running in your own cloud account; the summary comes back and is available for the clinician to review, edit or regenerate before release.

  • Clinician triggers from within the care record
  • PII removed before the record leaves HealthOS
  • LLM processes de-identified clinical content only
  • Summary returned and linked back to the patient

Sovereign by design

Most healthcare AI products send clinical data to a shared cloud API. HealthOS does the opposite, the model runs inside your own cloud account. Your data stays in your tenancy. Your security team controls the keys.

  • Deployed in your own cloud account
  • No shared API, no third-party data access
  • Secrets encrypted with a key held in your own Key Vault
  • Designed to meet APP and Essential 8 requirements

Built for real clinical workflows

AI handover isn't a standalone tool. It sits inside the care record your clinicians already use. Handover summaries, discharge letters, shift reports and transfer notes are generated from the same assessments, progress notes and care plans that staff enter every day.

  • Shift handover summaries for nursing staff
  • Discharge letters for GPs and specialists
  • Transfer summaries for hospital and facility moves
  • Clinician reviews and approves before release
