See the price before you book

Support at Home prices are shown before anything is ordered, and families can only book services their signed agreement covers. Extras like hairdressing, podiatry and lifestyle activities sit in the same catalogue, charged through the provider’s finance system.

Agreements signed in the portal

Home care agreements and Higher Everyday Living Fee agreements are generated from a template, prefilled from the quote, and signed in the portal. Nothing is billed until the agreement is signed.

Built for every family

The portal remembers a family’s preferred language and flags when an interpreter is needed. Substitute decision-makers have their own path through it, and a large-format mode is designed for people living with dementia. Materials are available in community languages.
