HealthOS SaaS pricing
Three HealthOS products are sold on their own, each priced per person who signs in, per month, and each with seven days free: you can cancel inside the trial without being charged. HealthOS Coder is the coding stack without the rest of the platform: the classification, the Code Navigator and live DRG grouping, with an autocoder you can switch on, per named coder. Care Minutes and the Support at Home Budget Calculator are further down.
One price per coder
A seat is a named coder, not a concurrent login, because that is the unit coding work is counted in. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Annual costs ten months.
For coders who code the record themselves and want the classification and the grouper in one place.
- ICD-10-AM and ACHI, with the index, the tabular list and the coding standards inline
- The Code Navigator, index search first and tabular verification after
- The Navigator: the rubrics, standards and coding advice each code still asks for
- Live AR-DRG grouping as you code, with the cost weight. IHACPA certification is in its final step
- The coding timeline: every assignment attributed and timestamped
- 20 autocoder runs per coder each month, to try it on your own records
Adds the autocoder: it reads the episode, proposes the codes with the path it took to each one, and the coder accepts or overrides every line.
- Everything in Coder
- 200 autocoder runs per coder each month
- A pre admission pass and a post discharge pass, each traceable on its own
- Every code traced to the document, the sentence and the classification path
- Identifiers removed before any text reaches the model, and the screen shows what was sent
- Each run logged: the model, the documents read, the codes proposed and what the coder kept
For a health service or a coding bureau that buys on a purchase order and needs the term in writing.
- Invoice and purchase order, not a card
- An annual term, with the seat count committed
- A committed autocoder volume, trued up at renewal rather than cut off
- Single sign on against your own directory
- A named contact for certification, data and security questions
- Your own tenancy, with your coders and your records separated from every other customer
Per user, and seven days free
Every HealthOS SaaS product is priced per person who signs in, with nothing counted by beds or clients, and every one starts with seven days free. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
For residential aged care: care minutes and 24/7 RN coverage from the shifts actually worked, lodged with the Department through GPMS.
- Priced per care manager, quality lead or workforce user, whatever the size of your homes
- No bed licence
- Seven days free, and you can cancel inside the trial without being charged
For Support at Home providers: a real quote on your own website, from your own price list, landing in your intake inbox.
- Priced per intake coordinator or price list user, however many clients you support
- No per-client charge
- Seven days free, and you can cancel inside the trial without being charged
The whole product, autocoder included. A card is held at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Up to 19 coders pay by card and start the same day. Larger teams pay on invoice against a purchase order.
Seats follow your roster. A seat removed stops billing at the end of the month it was removed in.
Export your coded episodes at any time, including after you leave. Nothing is held hostage to a renewal.

One autocoder run is one pass over one episode. A second pass on the same episode, after more documents arrive, counts again, because it reads the record afresh and produces its own traceable result.
Before you put a card in
What happens when the trial ends?
The first invoice is dated the day the trial ends, and that is the first time anything is charged. Cancel before then and nothing is. Cancel after it and the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, which is also how long the coding screens keep working.
Do we need to hold the classification licence ourselves?
Not for the hosted service. The classification and the grouper are licensed per coder, which is exactly why a seat is a named coder rather than a login. If you run HealthOS on your own infrastructure instead, the licence is yours to hold and we seed the data you are licensed for.
Is the autocoder allowed to code on its own?
No, and it is not built to. What it produces is a draft: the coder reviews each code, accepts, changes or rejects it, and the grouper re runs on the accepted set. Every run records which documents were read and which codes the coder kept, so an audit can be answered from the record rather than from memory.
Can we buy the coder without the rest of the platform?
That is what this page prices. The coder and the grouper run as their own product, with their own tenancy, and nothing else from the platform is provisioned beside them. If you later want intake, care delivery or claiming on the same record, the same tenancy grows into it.
Where does our data live?
In Australia, in our Azure tenancy in the Australia East region, in a database separated by tenant with row level security enforced in the database itself and not only in the application. Security and privacy are set out in full on the security page.
Try it on your own episodes
Seven days, the whole product, your records. We will sit with you for the first one if that helps.
