What happens

Step by step

  1. Drafted on the visit

From the practice's own template, with the visit's details filled in.

  2. Edited and finalised

The specialist reviews it and finalises it as a PDF.

  3. Sent, and recorded

Each copy is recorded with what was sent and how. Upload to My Health Record is built and follows that connection going live, and secure messaging is in development.

What the next step gets

When the patient needs an operation, the same record goes with them to the hospital.
