What happens

Step by step

  1. The referral arrives

It lands in the same inbox as every other referral the service takes.

  2. Checked with Services Australia

The My Aged Care lookup confirms the care recipient and their classification approval.

  3. The first visit

The initial home visit and assessment is a step on the client's pathway, assigned to staff.
