The Support at Home journey, step 6 of 6

The month end, built from the care delivered

Support at Home claims and client contributions are prepared from the delivery records and lodged to Services Australia through ACWS, with nothing re-keyed, then reconciled against the payment.

The Support at Home month end in HealthOS for a reconciled month: the clients and invoices claimed, the total claimed, the government's share, the client contribution, and the submission and payment.
